Shizzow Terms of Use

The following terms and conditions apply to any use of the Shizzow website or any service that uses the Shizzow API.

Acceptance of Shizzow Terms

By using Shizzow, a service of SHZ Technologies, Inc., you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use"). If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not use the Shizzow website or any service that makes use of the Shizzow API.

Basic Terms

You agree not to use Shizzow to:

  • upload, post, transmit, share or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, solicitations, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation;
  • upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise make publicly available on Shizzow any private information of any third party, including addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers and credit card numbers;
  • use or attempt to use another's account, service or system without authorization from Shizzow, or create a false identity on Shizzow;
  • intimidate or harass another;
  • engage in any predatory or stalking conduct;
  • violate any local, state, national or international law or post any content that would encourage or provide instructions for a criminal offense;
  • post or share any content that infringes upon or violates the copyright, trademarks or other rights of any third party.

Copyright

SHZ Technologies, Inc. claims no intellectual property rights over the material provided by account holders through Shizzow.

It is Shizzow's policy to respond to claims of copyright and intellectual property infringement, and will take appropriate action under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). Notifying Shizzow of Copyright Infringement: To provide Shizzow notice of an infringement, you must send an email to abuse@shizzow.com containing the subject line "DMCA Infringement Notification" that sets forth the information specified by the DMCA at http://www.copyright.gov/title17/92chap5.html#512. Upon receipt of notifications complying with the DMCA, Shizzow will remove the related material or disable access to the related material. Shizzow will terminate the accounts of people who are repeat copyright infringers.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shizzow and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, partners and employees, from any claim or demand, including attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of and access to Shizzow, your violation of these Terms of Use, the Community Guidelines, your violation of any rights of another person or entity, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Age Requirements

Shizzow may be used by individuals aged 18 years or older.

Termination

Shizzow may terminate or suspend your account immediately for any reason, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination of your account, your right to use Shizzow will immediately cease.

If you wish to terminate your Shizzow account, you may simply discontinue using Shizzow, or you may also manually close your account.

Changes to these Terms of Use

Shizzow reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time effective upon its publishing at http://shizzow.com/terms. It is your obligation to periodically review these Terms of Use. Your continued use of the Shizzow website and its services constitutes your acceptance of the current version of these Terms of Use. The effective date of these Terms of Use will always be pubished at the top of this document.
